- Both heating & cooling system safety & performance inspection / tune up. We go through your system with a fine tooth comb checking for anything that may cause you a problem with safety, reliability, and comfort in the future.
- 2 visits per year (both system tune ups on the same visit)
- 20% discount on repair parts and labor
- $400.00 towards complete system(s) replacement
- No Diagnostic Fees
- 12 month guarantee on part(s) & labor
- Online Scheduling (you pick a date and time that works best for you)
- 20% discount on Home Comfort Accessories
Designed for Heating & Cooling Systems less than 7 years of age that are well maintained and require continued maintenance to preserve the factory warranty.
Plan Benefits:
- Both heating & cooling system safety & performance inspection / tune up. We go through your system with a fine tooth comb checking for anything that may cause you a problem with safety, reliability, and comfort in the future.
- One visit per year (both system tune ups on the same visit)
- 10% discount on repair parts and labor
- $200.00 towards complete system(s) replacement
